Chris Blair, National Head of Retail at Savills, comments: "Having established our in-town retail presence in Scotland two years ago, Ross has built up a strong reputation in the local market. Estelle's expertise, particularly with landlords, will help us to augment our services to clients and inevitably strengthen our position in the Scottish market."

Mark Fleming, Head of Savills in Scotland, said: "This appointment is part of Savills' on-going strategy in Scotland to strengthen our offer and provide a rounded service for clients. Estelle's retail experience and knowledge of the local market will be a great addition to our team in Scotland.
