A new Specialist Works team has been set up by Robertson in Inverness - to focus on construction projects up to £1m in value.
A privately owned portfolio of individual companies working in construction, investment, development and facilities management services throughout the UK, Robertson has already been responsible for many significant developments in the Highlands, including the redevelopment of Eden Court Theatre, and the award wining Scottish Natural Heritage Headquarters in Inverness.
Robertson has four decades of cross sectoral experience, and its new specialist works team will operate across the public and private sectors working in areas including housing, healthcare, education, manufacturing and retail.
Inverness-man Clarke Fraser, who has spent the last nine years with Robertson, has been selected to manage Robertson Highland's Specialist Works team on the back of his experience and knowledge of the area. Clarke has 20 years experience of working in Inverness and the Highlands.
The new specialist works team has a healthy order book with a number of projects commencing over the next few weeks.
Specialist Works Manager, Clarke Fraser, said: "I am delighted to have been appointed Specialist Works Manager for Robertson Highland. I am also looking forward to working with a diverse client base across the Highland area including existing clients and creating new relationships with individuals and organisations."
Raymond More, Managing Director at Robertson Highland, added: "The new specialist works team will add a further dimension to the service provided by Robertson Highland. They are currently involved with the replacement of 450 bathrooms, through a partnering contract, with Albyn Housing Society at homes across a variety of Highland locations."
He continued: "The creation of this new team supports the Robertson Construction Group strategy for growth through its regional construction companies."
