Aberdeen-based Knight Property Group (KPG) was named "Developer of the Year" at the prestigious 2009 Scottish Property Awards held in Edinburgh last week.
Knight Property Group was shortlisted for the award at the ninth Scottish Property Awards alongside some of the country's biggest names in property, namely BAM Properties (formerly HBG Properties), Buccleuch, Macdonald Estates, Premier Property Group and Scottish Widows.
The past 12 months have seen Knight Property Group secure deals with the likes of the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company TAQA Bratani, Bristow Helicopters, Total E+P, Eurocopter, Seabrokers, Fugro-Improv and BlueSky Business Space.
Furthermore, its 71,000 sq ft speculative Westpoint Business Park office development was fully occupied within one month of completion and its merits included both the single largest office letting and private sale in the city during 2008.
