Knight Property Group plc has just welcomed its fourth tenant to its development at Kirkhill Commercial Park on the outskirts of the city.
Fugro-Improv Limited recently took up residence in one of the high specification units having struck a 15-year lease deal with Knight Property Group plc for one of its speculative unit at site five.
The latest tenant joins adjacent occupiers Coates Offshore, Bristow Helicopters and Eurocopter.
Fugro-Improv Limited's new 4,995 square foot office offers raised access flooring, air conditioning and column free space. The 13,240 square foot workshop can accommodate ten-tonne cranes, has two roller doors and is serviced by a concrete yard.
Commenting on the lease Howard Crawshaw, a Director of Knight Property Group plc said: "We are very pleased to welcome Fugro-Improv Limited to Kirkhill Commercial Park. This development has a prominent location within Dyce and is immediately adjacent to Aberdeen Airport.
"There is no doubt that these factors, coupled with its close proximity to the proposed route of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route, have added to its appeal."
He added: "There is strong interest in the remaining four and a half acres and detailed discussions are progressing with several parties with a view to occupying the rest of the site."
Joint marketing agents on the development are Ryden and Graham & Sibbald.
