Secretary for Health, Nicola Sturgeon, has officially opened the new NHS Scotland shared centre at Caledonia House in Cardonald, Glasgow.

BT contracted David H Allan Joiners & Builders to carry out the work as part of a complete re-fit of the building, which included equipping the centre with a modern office space and the latest information communications technology (ICT).

They have provided us with quality accommodation, and we held a great rapport with them throughout this contract."
The Secretary for Health said: "This is an excellent example of joined-up working across the public sector to deliver real cost savings for the NHS and therefore the taxpayer.
"Caledonia House is a modern, state-of-the-art facility bringing a range of specialists together under one roof, which I’m confident will mean an enhanced service for patients and the wider public."
Mr Robertson spoke of the tangible benefits of centralising financial and payroll services and bringing together finance staff who previously worked in five separate locations.
