Kährs has appointed a new distributor in Scotland.
Woodstocks - a division of wood flooring specialist, G L Floors - will provide a full trade counter, warehouse and showroom facilities from its premises in Newcraighall, Edinburgh.
The new Woodstocks division will be headed up by Graham Kerr, who will deal with stock distributions throughout the whole of Scotland.
Graham commented: "Having dealt with Kährs since our business was established, we're delighted to have been appointed distributor in Scotland.
"Both companies are committed to quality in all respects - from product development to finished installation. By joining forces, we can push standards even higher and champion Kährs brand, and its environmental and performance benefits, within new markets."
Woodstocks product offer will include Kährs full 15mm and Linnea wood flooring ranges, as well as accessories, installation and maintenance products.
Established in 1965, G L Floors has over 40 years experience in the installation, refurbishment and maintenance of wood floors. The company trains its own installation teams and offers Scotland's sole dedicated Wood Flooring Academy, developed in conjunction with the SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority), with support from Jewel & Esk College in Edinburgh.
In addition to the new Woodstocks distribution service, GL Floors will continue to offer both expert supply and installation services for Kährs projects.
Recent prestige commercial projects include Gleneagles, Gullane Art Gallery, Inverkeithing Civic Centre and Sheraton Hotel spa.
