CCG's Asset Management Division has seen an excellent trading quarter with a range of tender bid successes bringing in a stream of future work, especially in the affordable housing sector.
Among the new projects secured are kitchen and bathroom renewals for Broomhouse Housing Association, 188 houses of central heating for Falkirk Council and window replacements for Almond Housing Association.
Also on the books is a framework arrangement to undertake all of Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association's Stage 3 adaptations over the next 5-years.
Stephen Riley, AM Division Manager at CCG said "These recent project wins add to what has already been a very positive year for our Asset Management Division. Our teams are now carrying out over £1million of upgrade work each month across the full range of refurbishment work-streams.
"In addition, we are involved in ongoing partnering initiatives with other blue chip clients like West of Scotland Housing Association, South Lanarkshire Council and North Ayrshire Council where we are delivering substantial internal improvements and external fabric repairs."
CCG AM was formed following internal re-structuring at the Glasgow based construction firm bringing all stock improvement capabilities under a single division. The division is keen to broaden its client base and is welcoming enquires from prospective clients and their consultants.
CCG's Partnership & Innovation Manager, Darren McCann, added: "Our AM Division are experiencing a steady flow of project opportunities as RSLs make progress towards the Scottish Housing Quality Standard."
