New Occupiers Flock To Rosyth Europarc

Fortes Campus at Rosyth Europarc is experiencing a flurry of interest from new occupiers who are keen to take up leases in the prominent industrial terrace.

Knight Frank acting as joint agents with DM Hall on behalf of Kenmore Property Group (Adam 2nd Property Fund), have let four industrial units at Forties South, Rosyth Europarc, with a further two units currently under offer.

Unit 4b, which extends to 3,340 sq ft has been let to Compass Business Installation on a 10 year lease at £4.25 per sq ft while Montpellier Group has taken the 2,830 sq ft, Unit 4a on flexible terms at £4.50 per sq ft.

The end terraced unit, 4F totalling 4,855 sq ft with a secure yard area, has been let to ISS Facilities Services Ltd on a five year lease at £4.43 per sq ft. In addition Glover Site Investigations has taken the 3,165 sq ft, Unit 4d on a short term let until October 2008 at £4.25 per sq ft. Only one unit now remains available to let at Fortes South, and extends to 3,165 sq ft.

The development of Rosyth Europarc is set in 103 acres and has transformed the office and industrial space into one of Scotland’s flagship mixed-use business parks. Europarc comprises three distinct campuses, including Forties, Cromarty Quay and Innova Campus with office space and industrial units.

Just minutes from the M90 motorway and Forth Road Bridge with direct access via the newly constructed direct road link, the Europarc in Rosyth offers quick and easy access to Edinburgh and Perth and the broader motorway network.

Marcus Weurman, Knight Frank in Edinburgh, said: "The units at Forties South are letting quickly with only one unit remaining available in the parade.

"The demand for these well located industrial units has been generated from local and national companies like ISS Facilities Services Ltd, part of the ISS Group of companies and confirms that Rosyth Europarc is an attractive location for any business."
