The development of Rosyth Europarc is set in 103 acres and has transformed the office and industrial space into one of Scotland’s flagship mixed-use business parks. Europarc comprises three distinct campuses, including Forties, Cromarty Quay and Innova Campus with office space and industrial units.

Just minutes from the M90 motorway and Forth Road Bridge with direct access via the newly constructed direct road link, the Europarc in Rosyth offers quick and easy access to Edinburgh and Perth and the broader motorway network.

Marcus Weurman, Knight Frank in Edinburgh, said: "The units at Forties South are letting quickly with only one unit remaining available in the parade.

"The demand for these well located industrial units has been generated from local and national companies like ISS Facilities Services Ltd, part of the ISS Group of companies and confirms that Rosyth Europarc is an attractive location for any business."
