Leasing Director David Smith said: "This is an exciting time for The Elements which opens in less than two months.

"We are delighted to welcome Arcadia Group to the impressive mix of retailers already signed up to the development, and I'm sure Livingston's fashion-conscious shoppers will be excited with the addition of these new names."

The shopping centre is set to transform the heart of Livingston with its retail, catering and leisure offering. Together with Almondvale Shopping Centre and Livingston Designer Outlet it will create over one million sq ft of retail space in the West Lothian town.

The new retailers will be in good company at The Elements where they will be joined by anchor stores Debenhams and Marks & Spencer, as well as H&M, River Island and many more.

Culverwell and Lunson Mitchenall acted for Land Securities and Eric Young and Company acted for Arcadia Group.
