The Council's parking attendants will also be carrying out additional patrols in Kinross and Milnathort during the festival, to ensure parking arrangements are enforced.

Local Councillors and members of the Licensing Committee will visit Balado today to see first hand the festival site in operation and the work being carried out by Council officers to help ensure a safe and fun weekend at T in the Park. Council Leader, Councillor Ian Miller said: "We are all looking forward to what we hope will be a fantastic weekend for this flagship event for Perth and Kinross. Many Council staff will be working hard along with our partner agencies during the festival to make sure it is as enjoyable as possible for everyone attending."
