Tulloch Homes Group has launched four new developments in as many weeks, signalling the continued growth of the new home builder throughout Scotland.
Insch in Aberdeenshire is home to Fairway Park, a collection of two and three-bed detached bungalows and three-bed semi-detached villas.
Maple Court in Hamilton has also launched, and offers a choice of five distinctive styles of apartments all with two-beds and Tulloch Homes excellent specification, and many with ensuites and Parisian balconies. In all, 33 apartments will be built at the development on Bent Road, a site formally part of the town's rugby club.
In the Highlands, Bridgend Court, Dingwall is underway, a development by Cameron & Paterson Homes, which joined the Tulloch Homes Group last year. Two-bed apartments and three-bed villas are for sale here.
Also in the Highlands, the village of Kirkhill between Inverness and Beauly is the location of Black Isle View, a collection of stylish, spacious four-bed detached home. Part of a new 'rural' collection, these homes are designed to reflect the stunning natural surroundings and blend tradition with contemporary style and space.
Theresa Barbour, Group Sales & Marketing Director, said: "Each of our locations have been carefully selected for their surroundings, local amenities and transport links, and regardless of whether you are looking for a central, urban home or a more rural outlook, the choice from Tulloch Homes has never been greater."
However local resident Jenny Morrison believes adequate infrastructure is not available to support the new development in Kirkhill: "There are no shops in the area, the post office has shut down and there is one bus into town every hour on weekdays."
