These workshops will highlight the benefits of performance measurement and focus upon the practical issues of implementing a measurement and improvement process within an organisation using the SCCAT's Performance Improvement Framework.

The workshops will provide a full explanation of the SCCAT's Framework, the different levels of measurement and how the individual performance measures are used at each level.
It will also explain how the measures combine to give an overall assessment of performance.
There will be an opportunity to use the SCC KPI software (3) to capture data and to analyse the results.
