Halliday Fraser Munro (HFM) has submitted a planning application for a purpose-built student accommodation development in Glasgow on behalf of GSS Developments. The project, designed to house 454 students, aims to provide high-quality living spaces and contribute to the regeneration of the Port Dundas area.

The development prioritises both internal and external amenity spaces, creating a dynamic and sustainable living environment. The design emphasises community building, student well-being, and opportunities for social interaction and relaxation.


Key features of the proposal include enhanced connectivity, celebration of the local industrial heritage, and extensive high-quality landscaping. The project seeks to create a vibrant home for its student residents and align with the objectives of the 100-Acre Hill Masterplan.
