SPACE FM Secures Place on £814m Pagabo TFM Framework
SPACE FM, the facilities management division of Space Solutions, has been appointed to Pagabo's new £814 million Total Facilities Management (TFM) Framework, securing a place on Lot 1 for services up to £1 million.
This significant achievement positions SPACE FM for growth in the public sector across Scotland and North England. The framework, managed by Red Kite Learning Trust, provides a compliant and efficient procurement route for public sector organisations across the UK to access a range of facilities management services.
The four-year framework, running until January 2029, will enable SPACE FM to leverage its 15 years of experience to deliver high-quality and integrated facilities management solutions to public sector clients across the designated regions.
"We are delighted to be awarded a place on the Pagabo framework," said Steve Judge, Managing Director of Space Solutions. "This appointment reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire SPACE FM team and their commitment to delivering exceptional service. We look forward to leveraging this opportunity to further strengthen our position in the public sector market."
Jonathan Oram, Director of Frameworks at Pagabo, said: "The demand for effective facilities management across industries is an element that has grown over recent years, especially as we see many companies in various sectors opt for a faster paced attitude that suits the volatile and somewhat turbulent nature of being a business within the UK.
"It's increasingly important for businesses to be offered suppliers that are of the best quality to suit their needs and to have the ability to access this in a simple and streamlined way such as through our Total Facilities Management Framework, which we manage for contracting authority Red Kite Learning Trust. What's even more important is that procuring these services is done in the most compliant manner, wrapped up with best practice and most importantly best value for clients which ensures every investment is fully maximised."
SPACE FM, part of Space Solutions (Scotland) Ltd is a leading provider of facilities management services, offering comprehensive solutions to optimise and maintain workplace environments. With a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, SPACE FM delivers a range of tailored services to support the needs of businesses across the UK.
