CCG Submits Plans For 84 New Homes In Glasgow's East End

CCG (Scotland) has submitted planning applications for the development of 84 new homes on the site of the former Belvidere Hospital in Glasgow's east end.

The proposed development, located on vacant land south of London Road, will be delivered on behalf of Tollcross Housing Association and will comprise a mix of 19 one-bedroom flats, 48 two-bedroom flats, 10 two-bedroom houses, and 7 three-bedroom houses.

Designed by MAST Architects and G3 Consulting Engineers, the development will incorporate a play area, a centrally located greenspace, and 47 off-street car parking spaces.

The proposed development aims to seamlessly integrate with the surrounding area, complementing the existing residential character of the neighbourhood.
