Clark Contracts has completed a £1 million CAT B fit-out at Hillside Crescent, Edinburgh, for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).
The refurbishment project transformed a 2,800 sq. ft building, involving both internal and external works to revitalise two levels of office space. The renovation included structural alterations to reconfigure floor layouts, followed by the installation of new partitions and an upgrade to wall, floor, and ceiling finishes.
A key feature of the project was the installation of a new external metal-clad wall, which created an updated lobby area at the building’s main entrance.
This refurbishment aims to provide a modern and accessible environment for the RNIB, reflecting the organisation's commitment to supporting people with sight loss.
Gerry Cummins, Director, Clark Contracts, said: "We have enjoyed working with the team on this project for RNIB. Which has both refreshed the front of the building and created a fantastic internal space for their employees."
