SELECT's Yvonne Wilson Appointed To Construction CPG

SELECT's Yvonne Wilson has been appointed Secretary of the Scottish Parliament's Cross-Party Group (CPG) on Construction.

The group's Skills & Client Relations Manager was appointed to her new role at a meeting of the CPG on 6 November and takes over from Gordon Nelson, Scotland Director of the Federation of Master Builders.

Yvonne will now be responsible for organising meetings, agreeing topics, sourcing and briefing presenters and encouraging MSPs to attend, along with other administrative tasks.

Gordon Nelson said: "I am delighted to hand over the reins to Yvonne and I am sure she will do an excellent job in coordinating this essential conduit between industry and government."
