Bigg Regeneration, a joint venture between igloo and Scottish Canals, has submitted the next phase of plans for Dundashill, a major regeneration project in Glasgow's Port Dundas area.
The latest phase will deliver 88 new homes, including apartments, duplex lofts, and townhouses, designed by Stallan Brand and HAUS Collective. The homes will be energy-efficient, featuring air source heat pumps and EV charging points.
Residents will also benefit from attractive green spaces designed by Rankin Fraser, which will enhance biodiversity and create a strong sense of community.
Dundashill is a significant development that aims to revitalise the Port Dundas area, providing much-needed housing and green spaces.
Gary Watt, Development Director at igloo said: "We're delighted to bring forward the planning application for the next phase of Dundashill. Having welcomed our first buyers into their new homes earlier this year, we've seen first-hand the benefits of creating healthy neighbourhoods where people can live and work, as we continue to build a thriving community in Glasgow.
"Dundashill is fast making a name for itself as a new community in the city, offering climate resilient living on Glasgow's canal, with a rich mix of culture, sports and urban nature right on the doorstep. We're proud to work alongside our partners to reimagine what it means to live sustainably, healthily and happily in Scotland."
ion on phase three of Dundashill is expected to start in summer 2025.
