Clydebank Health & Care Centre has been honoured with a prestigious national award. The development was named ‘Best Healthcare Development (under £25m)' at the Building Better Healthcare Awards 2024.
Located in West Dunbartonshire, the centre is a key component of the wider Queens Quay Regeneration Masterplan, which aims to revitalise the former John Brown Shipyard site.
Arc-Tech (Scotland) played a crucial role in the project's delivery, providing a £3.4 million Mechanical & Electrical Services package on behalf of BAM Construct UK and hub West Scotland.
The centre officially opened its doors in 2021 and has since become a vital healthcare facility for the local community. This latest award recognises the project's outstanding design, construction, and functionality.
