CMS has announced the appointment of Caroline Maciver as partner in its Edinburgh office, which will strengthen the firm's 'Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes (ICE Disputes) offering in Scotland'.
Ms Maciver joins CMS from Burness Paull and boasts 20 years' experience leading on large, complex disputes in the private and public sectors.
Her practice includes advising main contractors, developers and housebuilders on a wide range of contract advisory and disputes work, Building Safety Act issues as well as on renewable energy.
