Work starting on this latest development off Craigton Drive in Dargavel Village extends the housebuilder's continued and significant investment in the local area and its commitment to playing a key role in delivering the master plan vision for Dargavel Village. This already includes the provision of a new primary school, a new village square, a retail and leisure hub, a new junction off the M8 motorway, and a park/ride to support Bishopton train station.
In addition to the associated infrastructure needed for a development of this nature, the design within this part of the masterplan includes a central open space with an informal play area, and pockets of green space throughout.
