GRAHAM Nears Completion Of Major Edinburgh Housing Development

Construction giant, GRAHAM, has announced that a new 464 home development in Edinburgh is nearing completion.

GRAHAM has unveiled new drone footage of the Build to Rent development at Bonnington Road, giving a fantastic perspective on the scale of these 464 much-needed homes across three blocks.

Landscaping is starting to take shape and it's easier to visualise the ecological woodland area and pocket park, where residents will be able to relax surrounded by nature. The rooftop terraces overlooking the Water of Leith will provide thoughtfully designed spaces for residents to socialise.

Sustainability has been a key focus of the project which includes:

• Electric vehicle charging points

• Mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) units

• Roof mounted solar panels for on-site power generation
