Persimmons have provided the trainees with all the tools and equipment required to succeed in their apprenticeship ensuring that the financial cost of equipment isn't a barrier to their success.

Welcoming the next generation of construction professionals, Persimmon's senior leadership team including Managing Directors and Construction Directors, took time to talk to the new starters about the value of their apprenticeship and the importance of house building sector across the country.

"We're delighted to welcome the next generation of construction professionals to the business and our commitment to increasing the number – and improving the diversity – of our apprentices has absolutely been at the forefront of our recruitment this year.
