The new role was created following a structural evaluation of the Kingdom Group, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned to meet the needs of its customers now and in the future, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Having joined Kingdom in November 2023 as Executive Director of Finance, the Group Director of Corporate Services role gives Mr Grubb responsibility for the People, Digital, Performance Risk & Governance, and Finance functions within Kingdom.

It’s a role that builds naturally on the experiences of my current role and previous roles I held within financial services organisations and I can’t wait to get started."
