The Kingdom Group has appointed Leigh Grubb as its new Group Director of Corporate Services.
The new role was created following a structural evaluation of the Kingdom Group, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned to meet the needs of its customers now and in the future, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Having joined Kingdom in November 2023 as Executive Director of Finance, the Group Director of Corporate Services role gives Mr Grubb responsibility for the People, Digital, Performance Risk & Governance, and Finance functions within Kingdom.
Tom Barclay, Kingdom Group Chief Executive said: "In the relatively short time Leigh has been with Kingdom, he has made an excellent contribution both as a member of the Executive Management Team and as the leader of our Finance team. Leigh has held various senior management roles and has a real passion for customer service. His strategic approach will allow us to continue delivering life-changing services to our customers and our communities as we focus on our mission to provide more than a home and I look forward to seeing the positive impact he makes within his new role."
When asked about his new role, Leigh Grubb said: "I am delighted to be taking on this exciting and challenging new role and continuing to work closely with both my existing Senior Management Team colleagues and with the new Directors that we are bringing into the Group. I see the role as being about making sure we are making the right investments in our people, in our systems and in the development of business opportunities to deliver great customer outcomes and ensure the long-term resilience and success of the organisation. It’s a role that builds naturally on the experiences of my current role and previous roles I held within financial services organisations and I can’t wait to get started."
