This landmark project involved the installation of 120 No x 200mm Driven Precast Concrete Piles and 530 linear meters of precast RBeam. The piles were driven to the designed length into the underlying stiff gravelly clay, ensuring a robust and stable foundation that meets the design specifications.

We now have all the design and as-built information signed off from our warranty provider too which is a great position to be in considering we haven't finished the slabs on the plots yet."
