Cairn Housing Association (CHA) has announced the successful completion of a new housing development in Forres, Moray.

The development provides 28 high-quality homes, including a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom semi-detached houses and bungalows, as well as one-bedroom cottage flats, all designed to meet the diverse needs of the local community.

These new homes feature state-of-the-art air source heat pumps, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability for the residents. The development underscores our commitment to delivering modern, comfortable, and environmentally friendly housing solutions.

The project was made possible through a collaborative effort with several esteemed partners. KLM Partnership served as the employer's agent, ensuring the project met its objectives and standards. The Highland Housing Alliance partnered with Cairn to support the project's successful delivery. Helica provided diligent oversight as the Clerk of Works, and Tulloch Homes brought their expertise and dedication to the construction of these homes.
