Mac Mic Group has announced the appointment of Richard Kelso to strengthen its Strategic Land team.
The Group's latest recruit Richard Kelso joins as Senior Strategic Land Manager, working alongside Strategic Land Manager Michael Gooch.
Richard will spearhead the identification and acquisition of strategic land opportunities across the western and South West region. His expertise in navigating complex planning processes will be invaluable in steering the sites with development potential towards successful outcomes.
Raised in Guildford, Richard attended university in South Wales where he graduated in Urban Estate Management. After starting his career in private consultancies where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, Richard moved into the residential development sector.
Richard also brings a wealth of valuable public sector experience gained working for local authorities, most recently Cardiff Council where he was Head of Disposals & Acquisitions in the Strategic Estates department.
