In addition, the Beatlie School Campus, delivered by Morrison Construction for West Lothian Council, through Hub South East Scotland, was a winner in the Small Development of the Year (Public Buildings) category. The £15m project created a new home for the school, which accommodates children from three to 18 with severe and complex support and profound medical needs.

David Ewing, Managing Director of Morrison Construction Building Central, commented: "We are delighted that both these fantastic schemes have been recognised in this way. Being able to deliver a world-class research space for University of Strathclyde, and a high-quality educational facility for the students and staff at Beatlie demonstrates the versatility and dedication of our teams and I congratulate them all on these deserved accolades."
