JR Scaffolding's Operations Director, Kellyanne Conway, has been shortlisted for the highly coveted National Access & Scaffolding Confederation (NASC) President's Awards joining just three others across the country to be considered for the top accolade.

Kellyanne was nominated by Managing Director of JR Scaffold, John Horne who has worked with Kellyanne for more than 20 years and has been inspired by her unwavering work ethic and impressive contribution she brings to the team.

The NASC President's Award is open to all 500 members and is designed to highlight and showcase those who have gone above and beyond and are deserving of special recognition from the NASC. This year there was a specific focus on unsung heroes that really help drive businesses forward.

John Horne, Managing Director of JR Scaffold who nominated Kellyanne for the award, said: "I am thrilled Kellyanne has been shortlisted for an NASC President's award. There is no one more deserving of the recognition. Kellyanne, has kept our business grounded in our roots and focused on helping to support the communities around us, which has always been at the core of our business since we launched in Govan 28 years ago.

"Her work has helped build strong relationships with our clients and suppliers and helped boost and maintain a strong team ethos within our business while keeping morale high. Her relentless positive attitude is compelling within the team and has inspired others to follow suit and get involved in the 'above and beyond'.

"Kellyanne's commitment, loyalty, tenacity, and drive has helped build JR Scaffold to be the successful business it is today. She has been an integral part of its growth and helped push forward its reputation as a brand that cares.

"Although in the background, Kellyanne supports our scaffold team, she is often mentioned by name by clients and suppliers as a hero within our team and her hardwork is regularly recognised by clients who give us repeat business based on their relationship with her. JR Scaffold just wouldn't be the same without Kellyanne and the contribution she brings each and every day.

"We are very much looking forward to the final event in London in November, where we can celebrate her achievement and her contribution to our business – no matter the outcome."

Kellyanne Conway, Operations Director added: "I am truly humbled to have been nominated for this award and blown away to have been shortlisted amongst just three others across the UK. Coming into work is a true joy because of the fantastic team of people we have here and the strong ethos of community and giving back. The difference we have managed to make is incredible!

"Twenty-two years at JR Scaffold has gone by in a flash and the team here really are a second family to me. I am incredibly honoured they have put me forward for NASC President's Award and we will all look forward to the big event in November."

The winners will be announced at the grand awards dinner in London on 17th November.
