Five project from CCG (Scotland) have been shortlisted in this year's Herald Property Awards.

The prestigious property awards recognise the achievements of Scotland's most innovative and successful home and commercial builders, developers, agents, interior designers and registered social landlords.

Vying for the 'Affordable Housing Development of the Year' Award is North Gate, a 31-home development designed by Page/Park Architects and constructed by CCG on behalf of the New Gorbals Housing Association. A gateway to Glasgow's southside, the stunning project is the culmination of 30 years of regeneration on Crown Street and was also recently announced as a GOLD winner at this year's Scottish Design Awards.

Cromdale Square has been nominated in the 'Best Regeneration Project – Residential' category. Designed by Grant Murray Architects in collaboration with HOOS Developments and delivered on behalf of Linthouse Housing Association, the project features 49 affordable homes that have transformed the site of the former Drumoyne Primary School in Govan, Glasgow.

The project was also a recent finalist of this year's Homes for Scotland Awards and the Scottish Home Awards.

Queens Quay, designed by MAST Architects, is a double-nominee. The 146-home development forms part of the large-scale, mixed-use regeneration of the former John Brown Shipyard in Clydebank and has been nominated for both the Best Regeneration Project – Residential and the Affordable Housing Development of the Year award categories.

Delivered by CCG on behalf of Loretto, a member of the Wheatley Group, West Dunbartonshire Council, and Clydebank Housing Association, the project recently won a prestigious SILVER award for Regeneration at this year's Scottish Design Awards.

107 Niddrie Road, has been nominated for the Green Housing Award. The project involved the comprehensive upgrade of eight flats that were designed to meet an EnerPHit standard of build and was the recent winner of the 2023 Scottish Home Award 'Renovation of the Year' earlier this summer.

The project was delivered by CCG on behalf of Southside Housing Association in partnership with John Gilbert Architects.

The final project to be shortlisted is Witch Road. Located in Kilmarnock, the 43-home development is the product of a strategic housebuilding partnership between CCG and East Ayrshire Council that provides a range of 1 and 2-bedroom bungalows specially designed for the elderly. Designed by MAST Architects, it too was a winner taking home the first-ever Age Exclusive Development of the Year Award at this year's Scottish Home Awards.
