FM Group Completes Development In Glasgow's Southside

Developer FM Group has launched its new residential development, recently completed in one of Glasgow's most iconic buildings.

In Glasgow's Southside, a new show home has been opened at the Holmwood Heights development.

Located in Cathcart, nestled on the banks of the Whitecart River, Holmwood Heights vcomprises 59 two and three-bedroom luxury apartments and one, two and four-bedroom penthouses. The building forms part of the former Scottish Power HQ and first completions are due in Summer 2023.

FM Group also redeveloped the adjacent 79-home Cathcart House, which has now sold out. A landmark grade 'B' listed building, completed in 2021, this also formed part of the previous Scottish Power HQ.

The landmark development, on Inverlair Avenue, with sleek external styling, brings a contemporary and eye-catching new building to the local area.

All apartments are energy efficient and come with allocated parking. Internally the apartments are designed for modern living and will be finished to the highest of standards, incorporating some of the smartest products available.

The open-plan layouts will include designer German kitchens with luxury integrated Bosch appliances, renowned Porcelanosa tiling in the bathrooms, spacious double bedrooms. All flooring is also included.
