The 1,900 sq ft office space forms Lot 1 of a dedicated commercial block, built and leased by J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC. With a further 772 to 3,837 sq ft of retail/commercial units on the ground floor available to let.

The Winchburgh masterplan, centered upon the Union Canal, provides direct access to woodland walks, and the famous Shale Trail. The expansion of the village has continued to pick up pace this year as more families look to move to the beauty spot, just twelve miles from Edinburgh. Roughly 800 homes have been built and occupied to date. And as Winchburgh grows as a destination so do the new amenities and facilities to support this growth.
