Marshall Construction's Contracts Division has secured a portfolio of new contracts totalling £70m.
The contracts with a range of both new and existing clients, showcase the company's diverse capability and service range.
New Contracts include:
• 151 residential units for Swan Group (Glasgow)
• Bonded Warehouses for John Dewar & Sons Ltd (Poniel)
• Maturation Warehouses for Chivas Brothers Ltd (Balgray, Beith)
• Hydrogen Demo Houses for SGN (Methil)
• 33 Bedroom Extension for Doubletree/Hilton (Edinburgh Airport)
• 49 Retirement Homes for Brixham Investments (Bishopton)
• Luxury housing (additional phase) for Athronhill Development Company (Athronhill near Milnathort)
