Swan Group has announced the appointment of Marshall Construction to a £21.6m development in Glasgow.
Marshall Construction has begun work on the Newhall Street development has commenced and expected to be handed over August 2024.
The development will see the delivery of 151 flats, playing a key role in Glasgow's East End Regeneration plan. Located alongside the River Clyde, the development will be comprised of five apartment blocks consisting of one and two-bed apartments. Once completed, the development will provide direct access to the city centre in addition to being only a short walk from Glasgow Green.
Marshall Construction have collaborated closely with Swan Group for the past two years, using this time to value engineer and resolve any design implications in preparation for a site start.
