CIH Scotland has announced the shortlisted nominees for the Scotland Housing Awards which will take place on 27 October at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow.

Over a period of real challenge, the Scottish housing sector has continued to provide vital services and support to communities. The Scotland Housing Awards represents an opportunity to recognise, showcase, celebrate and share this incredible and inspirational work.

Commenting on the shortlist, Callum Chomczuk, CIH Scotland's national director said: "The housing sector, and the practitioners working in it, has continued to show incredible professionalism delivering outstanding services and support to tenants and communities. Moving immediately from managing the impact of a pandemic to dealing with a cost of living crisis could not be more challenging. But the work of the shortlisted nominees shows the impact that the sector can make towards those living in the hardest of circumstances.
