Bernard McLaughlan Shortlisted For CIOB Scotland Awards 2022

Bernard McLaughlan, a manager with Ogilvie Construction, has been shortlisted in the finals of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Scotland Awards 2022 for the Project Manager of the Year category.
In the fifteen years since he joined the company, Bernard has successfully managed a range of major construction projects including:
• Great Tapestry of Scotland Museum, Galashiels
• Premier Inn Hotel, Aviemore
• Combworks Student Accommodation, Aberdeen
• Orchard Brae ASN School, Aberdeen
He is currently managing a project to deliver 118 new affordable homes in Aberdeen.
Donald MacDonald, Managing Director, Ogilvie Construction, said: "We are incredibly proud to see that Bernard's commitment and expertise has been recognised by the CIOB in shortlisting him for this award. He is a dedicated and valued member of the Ogilvie team who will always go the extra mile for our clients to deliver high quality buildings on time and budget. The Final will take place at the Double Tree by Hilton Glasgow Hotel on the 16th September.
