SELECT Announces New EV Installation Training Course

SELECT, Trade Association for the electrical contracting industry, has partnered with Dumfries & Galloway College to offer a City & Guilds training course on Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Installation (2921-31).

The course, which will begin in Dumfries in September 2022, aims to provide expert guidance to learners wishing to gain a better knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment.

The qualification is being delivered over four evenings from 6pm-9pm and a fifth evening for the online assessment, which will run from 6pm-7pm.

By the end of the course, learners will understand and be able to design and install domestic and small commercial EV charging installations.
