CCG (Scotland) has won 'Health Care Development of the Year' for its Rosela Court Care Home at the prestigious Scottish Property Awards 2022.
Rosela Court Care Home is one of several luxury care homes to have been delivered on behalf of the leading, multi-award-winning care developer, Morrison Community Care (MCC).
The development is located on Randolph Road, just south of Stirling town centre, and comprises a single, two-storey building that contains 50 private, en-suite bedrooms for residents over the age of sixty-five as well as a range of luxury amenities including a champagne bar, hair salon, cafe, dining rooms, cinema, resident's gardens, and tennis courts. Staff quarters are also provided in order to provide 24/7 support for residents that require residential services or specialist nursing or dementia provision.
Rosela was one of two care homes completed by CCG on behalf of MCC in 2021 (including Queens View Harbour Luxury Suites in Troon) and the fourth since 2017, all of which have since been sold by the developer to recognised care providers.
Works between the firms will continue this year and beyond. In early 2021, Morrison Community Care (CCG) Holdco, a joint-venture company, was set up in order to continue the delivery of modern accommodation for the elderly across the breadth of the country. The first project to be taken forward by the company will be in Dalgety Bay which will deliver up to 68 beds and is set to begin construction this spring.
