CCG have begun work on a new build residential development in Bannockburn Road, Cowie.

Stirling Council's portfolio holder for housing, Councillor Jim Thomson, said: "I am impressed to see the progress made on this site and I am delighted that we will start handing keys to our new tenants during May 2022. I am also pleased to see more housing for wheelchair users being delivered on this site."
Deputy portfolio holder for housing, Councillor Alasdair MacPherson, added: "Given the significant increases in energy costs it is important that these new homes are highly energy efficient and they include solar panels and battery storage which will reduce the risk of our new tenants living in fuel poverty."
Deputy portfolio holder for housing, Councillor Danny Gibson, said: "One of our key aims is to deliver more affordable housing and I am pleased to see that Stirling Council and delivery partners currently have 200 new affordable homes under construction on various sites across the Stirling area including in Cornton, Drymen, Kippen, Raploch and St Ninian's."
CCG's integrated divisional expertise is helping to deliver Bannockburn Road at pace and to an enhanced standard of build with Main Construction services combining with the offsite manufacture of the 'iQ' Timber System – integrated with PVCu windows, doors and Composite door sets – plumbing, and flooring installation as well as multi-utilities and solar PV installation provided respectively by Group members Arc-Tech MU and Arc-Tech (Scotland).
