CCG (Scotland) has been named as a finalist in the Scottish Property Award 2022, for its development of Roselea Court, a luxury care home.

Roselea Court was delivered on behalf of leading care developer Morrison Community Care Group and comprises a private, residential care home complete with 50 en-suite beds as well as offering specialist nursing and dementia care services.

Upon completion in the latter stages of 2021, the development was sold to a recognised operator and has since opened its doors where residents (over the age of 65) now enjoy a wealth of amenities including a champagne bar, cinema, hair & beauty salon, café, dining facilities and private gardens.


The development was one of two projects to have been successfully handed over last year with the 56-bed Queens View Harbour Luxury Suites also officially launching in the early summer period.

Morrison Community Care Group and CCG have since launched a joint-venture company with the aim of creating much-needed elderly accommodation across the breadth of the country including Dalgety Bay which will begin construction this spring.

Roselea Court is a finalist in the Health Care Development of the Year category.
