Stirling Council has announced the completion of 11 new affordable homes at Catherine Street in Bannockburn, constructed by the council's in-house build team.
The new energy efficient properties were constructed with the support of Scottish Government grant funding and will be fitted with solar panels as well as battery storage.
The development consists of a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 4 bed fully accessible houses.
Construction was undertaken using Stirling Council's in-house site supervisors and trade operatives, ranging from groundworkers, bricklayers, joiners, plumbers, heating engineers, electricians, roofers and labourers to plasterers, tilers, floorlayers and painters.
These properties will contribute to Stirling Council's target of delivering 700 affordable homes between 2017 and 2022.
One of many new council housing projects
Housing Portfolio Holder, Councillor Jim Thomson, said: "Housing staff and operational teams have excelled in some very testing times and I welcome their hard work and determination to deliver these high quality, energy efficient homes for tenants."
Depute Portfolio Holder for Housing, Councillor Alasdair MacPherson said: "Undertaking projects like this in-house provides opportunities for existing trade operatives to undertake larger scale projects and enhance their skill sets, as well as provides an essential training base for our apprenticeship programme."
Depute Portfolio Holder for Housing, Councillor Danny Gibson said: "This development of new council housing is one of many being completed this year and we continue to work with partners to progress further developments which are under construction in Dunblane, Callander, Cornton, Cowie, Raploch and St Ninian's."
