Miller Homes Acquires Land Across East Of Scotland

Miller Homes has secured the purchase of land at multiple locations across the East of Scotland, bringing 526 homes to towns and communities.

The homebuilder will now begin work on new developments at Winton View in Tranent, Carberry Grange in Whitecraig, Station Brae in Maddiston, Victoria Wynd in Kirkcaldy and Calderwood in East Calder.

The new developments will feature homes in a range of styles and sizes, meeting the needs of people moving to already vibrant communities or local people who are looking to either up or downsize and, in the case of Calderwood, delivers a second phase of the development from Miller Homes.

The Winton View development will feature 99 three-to-five-bedroom homes and Carberry Grange will include 187 three-to-five-bedroom properties, plus 63 affordable homes. Station Brae will comprise of 72 terraced, semi-detached, and detached homes and 24 affordable homes, while Victoria Wynd will include 105 three and four-bedroom homes.

The award-winning homebuilder, which was founded and has its head office in Edinburgh, will deliver energy efficient homes, while working considerately with the natural environment, local people, customers and colleagues.
