CCG Appoint Five New Trainee Assistant Site Managers
CCG (Scotland) has announced the appointed of five new Trainee Assistant Site Managers as part of a business-wide recruitment drive to support an ongoing expansion of construction projects across Scotland.
The new recruits have joined the business alongside a further intake of trainees across varying roles in health & safety, estimating, buying and surveying with each helping to support CCG's extensive housebuilding programme and a growing portfolio of work within the care and education sectors.
Group Financial Director, Bernie Rooney, highlights the company's commitment to developing staff from within as being integral to CCG's immediate and long-term business goals.
He said: "CCG's reputation as a business is built upon an honest approach to our work; building relationships that are derived from the ground up on and a customer commitment that strives for excellence in everything we do. Our people are hugely important to that process and that is why we continue to invest in skills and development to deliver the very highest standards of service for our clients and partners."
The news of the latest recruitment drive comes as the business gears up to welcome thirteen new apprentices later this year. Having announced their annual intake earlier this year, young people from 16 and above will enter into a four-year programme across trades such as bricklaying, plumbing and joinery, as well as roles in vocational training, commencing at the start of the 2021/22 academic year in August.
