The Paisley-based construction firm has been appointed by the Group as build contractor for the project, and is set to deliver 49 new homes in Glen Albyn.
Construction will start this summer and the new homes are expected to be delivered late-summer into autumn of 2022.
The project marks the first time The JR Group has worked with Fife Housing Group.

The JR Group is working closely with a range of partners for the project, including architect Oliver & Robb, employer’s agent, Hardies and engineer, Bayne Stevenson Associates.
Craig Whyte, Commercial Director at The JR Group, said: "It is great to have won the contract to take this exciting new project forward.
