Three CCG Group projects have been named as winners at the annual Scottish Home Awards ceremony.
The event was held online for the first, with a livestream broadcast to over 300 'guests' from within the Scottish Property sector.
Hosted in the Glasgow Hilton, CCG had a total of seven projects vying for position with the night ultimately belonging to the CCG Group with three projects winning awards. These included Best Renovation for the former Bell Street Stables, presented to Wheatley Group; Affordable Housing Development of the Year (Mid-Sized) was won by Cunninghame Housing Association for Longpark Phase 7 and House of the Year for the CCG Homes Riverford Gardens 'Terraced Villa'.
The former Bell Street Stables is already a multi-award-winning development. Located in Glasgow's Merchant City, the 52-home conversion is the jewel in the crown for residential development in the city, both in design historical preservation.
Longpark Phase 7 in Kilmarnock is an affordable housing development of 48 units designed by MAST Architects that offers a fantastic array of house types carefully designed to meet the needs of the end-user whilst promoting community integration.
The Riverford Gardens Terraced Villa is a contemporary take on the traditional Glasgow South terraced home/ townhouse that has been incorporated into a masterplan of 156 luxury homes overlooking the White Cart River in Pollokshaws. CCG Homes launched sales at the development in September 2018 and have so far achieved near sell-out status having recently sold the final terraced villa plot – the Terraced Villa Show Home – and currently marketing 3, two-bedroom apartments.
The Scottish Home Award is the second to have been presented to CCG Homes in as many years after securing the Herald Property Best Family Home (Small) Award for the Terraced Villa in 2019.
We congratulate our clients and partners on winning these prestigious awards.
