Arc-Tech Scotland has been appointed to construct a new luxury care home in Troon.
Queens View Harbour Luxury Suites is the latest in the long line of luxury care homes created by Morrison Community Care Group, one of Scotland's foremost private care providers, as the company seeks to expand across the country. Located in the Templehill area of the Ayrshire town, 56 beds will be provided alongside specialist health services and a range of exclusive amenities.
Arc-Tech will provide a turnkey M&E solution in support of the project's Main Contractor with works that consist of heating including a CHP unit, plumbing and thermal insulation as well as lighting, security, fire and communications systems, amongst others.
John Gallacher, Arc-Tech managing director, said: "Since our launch in 2016, Arc-Tech has grown to have a strong presence in the health and care sectors in Scotland. Morrison Community Group has been an important part of that with Queens Harbour now being the third care home to benefit from our services while we continue to expand our reach within the NHS. We are delighted to be working on behalf of Morrison Community Care and look forward to the development's launch in the spring of next year."
Morrison Community Care Group managing director added: "Arc-Tech continue to provide fundamental support in the delivery of our luxury care homes. We want to be able to offer residents a truly luxury experience and this would not be possible without Arc-Tech and members of the design and contracts teams."
