Halliday Fraser Munro (HFM) has announced the winner of the Build Your Future construction challenge.

Ten pupils from 10 schools in the North East took part in the competition final at Pittodrie Stadium.

After a day of competing against each other in a wide range of construction challenges one team was titled the winners, Banchory Academy.


HFM said that they were delighted to be the main sponsor of the event inspiring the next generation to consider a career in construction.

They said: "As architects, we play a critical role in bringing life to projects that benefit individuals, the community and the economy and we hope that we have managed to demonstrate that it's a highly skilled, rewarding profession with lots of opportunities."
