Building services provider Arc-Tech (Scotland) has been appointed to deliver three fit-out and refurbishment contracts across the central belt of Scotland.
Commercial fit-out specialists GHI Contracts have appointed Arc-Tech to the reconfiguration of offices at 24 St Vincent Place in Glasgow, a healthcare centre in Midlothian, and Braidhurst Place in Strathclyde Business Park. Works began in December with both organisations moving toward final completion within a 22-week programme.
Arc-Tech, a Glasgow-based Mechanical, Electrical and Renewable Services provider, has worked with GHI Contracts since 2017 where the partnership has successfully delivered Kintore House, an office conversion that is now home to an aparthotel; a Vita Student Gym and the upgrade of offices for a major software provider in Edinburgh.
The three office configurations that are set to be undertaken in 2020 will utilise a similar mix of service packages in order to upgrade each premises including air conditioning, ventilation and water services as well as lighting, fire, security and data systems, amongst others.
Arc-Tech Managing Director, John Gallacher said: "Since 2017, the partnership between Arc-Tech and GHI Contracts has become well-established with a series of contracts successfully completed with many more to come. The Commercial sector is one that we will be seeking to develop in the year ahead; we know of our qualities in respect of our workmanship and customer service and I am confident that each of these commercial premises will showcase our capabilities in this respect."
Gordon Cairns, GHI Contracts Managing Director added: "GHI values the input of our supply chain and we look forward to partnering with Arc-Tech once again in the delivery of these contracts."
