CCG Homes Ltd, the private housing arm of the CCG Group, will launch their brand new, luxury show home at Riverford Gardens at an official launch party on the 1st and 2nd of June.
Riverford Gardens is a 156-home development located in the south side of Glasgow set on a stunning riverside location overlooking the White Cart River and Auldhouse Park.
The housing mix consists of contemporary one-and-two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom semi-detached homes and four-bedroom terraced villas and are complete with luxury specification as standard, with parking and access to communal green space.
CCG has been on site since March 2018 and so far fully completed a block of 20 two-bedroom apartments with homeowners now moving in under a phased schedule of habitation this spring. The feature block of the development is also home to the CCG Homes Show Home and Marketing Suite.
CCG is set to handover a further range of semi-detached and terraced villa properties in the summer.
All homes in the development are constructed using CCG's 'iQ' timber system which will deliver enhanced levels of quality and energy performance whilst the system's advantages in installation and speed of erection have simplified site management. A key advantage felt by the use of 'iQ' panelised system is health and safety, crucial when considering the moving in of residents and the restrictions facing site with a single point of access as well as the restrictions brought by the development site being bound by the White Cart.
CCG Homes Sales Manager, Gillian Roberts said: "I am immensely proud to unveil the Riverford Gardens show home. We have created a welcoming sales and marketing complex from 2 of our ground-floor, two-bedroom apartments and within them, buyers and our future homeowners can see first-hand the stylish interior, luxury specification and the abundance of light and space that is present across the whole development.
"Riverford Gardens is all about its location. It is not every day that a development can offer a riverside location as well as access to shops, transport links and social hotspots on its doorstep. We look forward to welcoming the public through our doors."
