A further consultation event is set to take place on plans to transform West Blackhall Street in Inverclyde.
Inverclyde Council is hosting a public consultation evening in Café Balfe from 4pm till 7.30pm on Thursday 16 May.
This event will help shape plans to revitalise the street and promote investment in Greenock town centre. It is the next stage in the evolution of proposals originally developed in consultation with town centre traders and users last year.
A spokesman for Inverclyde Council, said: "Last year the council and our consultants, Ironside Farrar, worked up a series of proposals to revitalise West Blackhall Street.
"The vision to transform West Blackhall Street into a vibrant area, which supports local shops, bars and restaurants, and is an appealing place to spend time. We also want to make it a safe and attractive route for cyclists and pedestrians to encourage more people to go there.
"We're very keen for residents of Inverclyde and users of the town centre to help shape proposals and to hear their views. We previously held a consultation event during the day. This event is during the afternoon and evening to allow people who couldn't make it to the first event to have their say."
The consultation is funded by the Scottish Government through Sustrans Scotland's Places for Everyone scheme.
